How long is my membership commitment?

Our memberships work on a month to month basis that you can cancel yourself at anytime. 

Concussion Coach will be beneficial for part of your journey ~ and when you feel you've gathered all you can from our program you have the individual choice to move on.  There is no mandatory time commitment. 

How many lessons are in the program?

We have one main theme every month that will have 1-2 smaller videos about that theme

Sporadically there may be extra lessons

Who can join Concussion Coach?

Concussion Coach is a community for individuals whom are living with a Concussion or Post Concussion Syndrome.   This is a safe place for you to not have to explain yourself, to be surrounded by people who "get it", and to learn the lifestyle strategies and habits you need to live your best lives today WITH concussion. 

I'm a health professional, how can I get involved?

As a health professional I know we are always looking for the best education for our clients and the best way to support them.  

I also know that time in sessions can be limited - and it's hard to discuss everything you want to discuss. 

Concussion Coach is the PERFECT complement to your client's journey. 

If you are interested to know more about the program itself, would like to be a guest in one of our monthly coaching calls,  or would be interested in being a coach yourself in the future please feel free to contact me. 

I am a member - how do I cancel my subscription?

As mentioned concussion coach does not have a minimum time commitment for joining.  Your subscription is monthly and you can cancel at anytime BEFORE your next billing cycle.  You will still be able to access the membership portal for the remainder of your paid month, and  then your access will be revoked. 

If you choose to cancel your paid membership you are welcome to remain in the free facebook group. 

To cancel your subscription follow these instructions:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Click on your avatar in the top right of the page

  3. Select settings from the dropdown

  4. Click credit card info in the top right of the page

  5. Hit the remove credit card and cancel all subscriptions button
